Miles4Miles at Birmingham Bike Festival Attended by Thousands

Thanks to perfect weather and a robust marketing and media campaign, approximately 5,000 people turned out for the 2nd annual Birmingham Bike Festival. In addition to high speed category one racing by professional cyclists, the Miles Levin Nepal Foundation for Health and Education had a parade style ride in which approximately two hundred supporters participated, including a large contingent of young disabled riders on customized adaptive bikes provided by Beaumont Health System's pediatric rehab program. The Foundation also had a reception table and tent set up in the vendor area. We are grateful to the Festival organizers at the Surnow Company for including us in this event and supporting our cause.
