D2N is bringing back the heart-pumping Over the Edge Detroit May 6-7, 2016.

This year’s Detroit funds will be directed to American Promise Schools’ education and scholarship programs. Nepal initiatives include continued earthquake relief efforts, education and public health. Individuals and companies alike are invited to join us in helping these important initiatives.

Every person who raises a minimum of $1,000 will secure a place on the ropes. Friends are encouraged to form teams as the more money raised the more people will get to rappel. This year’s event has been expanded to two days and includes a Family Day. Rappellers of all ages can participate provided they meet the weight requirements of 100-300 lbs.

For those not ready to take the leap, donors will also have the opportunity to watch it all from the VIP viewing area, “The Chicken Coop”. This tented enclosure is located at the base of the rappel ropes and offers prime seating/standing as well as refreshments.

Registration is open now at www.overtheedgedetroit.com Early sign up is encouraged. For all rappellers who participated last year and register before March 1, 2016 we are offering a $100 credit towards their rappel fee. For all new registrants. we are offering a $50 incentive before March 1, 2016.
